- → Marketing We do whatever it takes to find quality tenants.
- → Tenant Screening We perform criminal and credit background checks, check previous rental history and applicant employment.
- → Tenant Management Negotiate rental agreements, set up security deposits accounts, collect rental fees and manage keys and oversee moving in and out.
- → Property Inspections Interior and/or exterior inspections and reports of property conditions on a regular basis.
- → Notice Tenants will be notified as needed of building issues that may arise from time to time. Late notices or notice to quit for evictions are handled as needed.
- → Maintenance Manage the operating budget, arrange and pay for all approved repairs and maintenance.
- → Reporting monthly itemized statements with copies of all work orders and invoices associated with your property along with net revenue deposits.
