- All owners and tenants will have an individual log in portal (Password protected) with access to many convenient features. Access can be customized to board member for private info and open to all others for common owner information.
- Online rental or condo fee payments. Money will be routed directly into each owner’s or association’s bank accounts with much less lag time of a paper check.
- Secure cloud based document storage for all property reports, fire inspections, condo docs, insurance docs, meeting minutes and condo newsletters.
- Monthly or weekly inspection reports can be done on-site via a tablet.
- Emailing / Texting tracking and group email blasts.
